Data we collect
Via the contact form: name, work email, phone (optional), organization type, portfolio size, message, language. This data is stored in our customer-relationship tool (Brevo).
Via analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless solution that collects no identifiable personal data (no individual identifiers, IP addresses not retained). This is why the site shows no cookie banner.
For our business (B2B) prospecting: professional contact details of property-management companies (company name, professional contact email, SIREN, website) obtained from public sources — notably the INSEE Sirene registry, the Pappers register and the companies' own websites.

Every prospecting email identifies Lizops as the sender, states the source of your contact details and contains a simple way to opt out of further messages. Any opt-out is applied immediately and permanently.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is processed by our technical processors: Brevo (CRM and email, France), Google Workspace (mailbox), Microsoft Azure (hosting, European Union), Plausible (analytics, European Union).
Retention periods
- Contact-form requests: 3 years after your last contact.
- Prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact; immediate deletion upon opt-out.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR art. 15–21). To exercise them: contact@lizops.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence — in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in Belgium the Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
